
Image Attachments in Review Requests
Review requests let you connect with your customers and improve your business. However, review requests supported only one static image (usually a logo) via MMS, which could feel limiting. With this update, users can now dynamically upload and send images. Let’s check how to use it!
⭐️How To Include Image Attachments in Review Requests?
Head to the Overview tab inside the Reputation tab and click Send Review Request.

Select the contact you’ll be sending the review request to.

Select your sending modes; to include images, you must choose either email or SMS.

Click Upload Photos to attach up to 5 images from your desktop.
